Katrina Kaif looks weird these days, is it plastic surgery or ageing?

Her face just looks weird now. Especially when she smiles. Just look at her lips, they look so unnatural. Her face looks chubby and plastic!

She looked HOT before. Her cheeks look totally different now. Seems like her face shape itself has changed with age or is it surgery?

Her hotness levels are fast falling and with girls like Jacqueline Fernandez and Nargis Fakhri waiting in line to replace her, her golden days in bollywood are soon coming to an end.

By the way, the new girl Nargis looks hot! Was impressed by her seeing the promos of Rockstar. Just hope she’s not another dumb pretty face like Katrina and that she can actually speak hindi and act.

And then there’s Jacqueline. She is gorgeous no doubt but I get scared looking at her ears. She has no ear lobe.
I guess it just proves that nobody is perfect!

Indians and their obsession with looking “white”

Fairness creams, hair coloring products, face bleaching kits you’ll find all of these in abundance in the Indian super market. People in India are easily influenced by the media and with the media promoting more and more “white-looking” actresses and it’s no surprise that girls are trying their best to brighten their skin tones.

The condition was not so bad a decade ago when Kajol, Shilpa Shetty, Raveena, Shri Devi and Madhuri were considered beautiful but as India got westernized so did their thinking. Indian men started to prefer “white”  looking women. And so there was the sudden rise of Aishwarya Rai who had fair skin and blue eyes. A rarity in India.

But things haven’t stopped here. Atleast Aishwarya Rai was Indian but the new breed of actresses are not even that! Katrina Kaif is a British citizen who works in India on an employement visa! Jacqueline Fernandez is a Sri Lankan. Kalki Koechlin is of french descent. Giselli Monteiro is a Brazilian model. Uff!

In a population of 1 billion don’t we have enough women who can act?

I have friends who are aspiring actresses. They are talented and beautiful but they will never make it. Because the standard of beauty put forth by the Indian film industry (Bollywood) is genetically impossible.

“Studies have shown that facial symmetry is one of the best observational indicators of good genes and healthy development and that these traits are what we mean when we say someone is attractive.” Says a website.

So is symmetry everything?

Well, I don’t think so. It may make a given face more attractive on a computer but its not the only thing that makes someone beautiful. Scientists have been able to prove that it is the most factor is beauty and that’s because its the only thing that can be measured by the computer unlike clear complexion, beautiful eyes, smile etc

You take an average face with a huge nose, small eyes and small lips and make it symmetrical. The face will be easy on the eyes but it wouldn’t be considered beautiful or gorgeous. On the other hand take deep set bright blue eyes, full lips, clear bronze complexion, you add a crooked nose but the face would still be considered more attractive than average.

Symmetry plays a role in models where the facial features are already attractive. Symmetry just gives an edge over other faces. But in the real world it doesn’t play much of a role. When you look at someone you look at their pretty eyes, lips, smile, complexion, hair and other things. Very few people are so asymmetric that they are unappealing to the eyes. Minor asymmetry is present in every face and our eyes have learnt to overlook them.

So I would say symmetry is like a cherry on top of a cake. If there’s no cake, there’s no point of having the cherry. Beautiful facial features make a face attractive. Symmetry only makes it more pleasing to the eye.

What the hell happened to Aishwarya Rai?

She used to be so beautiful. Now she looks weird. She looks scariest when she laughs, plastic face with no wrinkles. Yes she has aged but not well. She has put on quite a lot of weight and no, before someone starts defending her, she’s not thick, she’s just fat and unfit. And for what she’s worth can’t she just hit the gym more frequently? She doesn’t even have kids for crying out loud!

And in the last pic her face looks bleached! Her hubby Abhishek Bachchan looks more attractive than her these days.

Her show is annoying. I can’t stand her singing. She dresses like a stupid skank. And why the hell is she pouting her lips out like that? It looks so obvious and pathetic that I can’t get over these pictures.

The sad part is that many young girls who are seeing these pics posted everywhere are bound to get encouraged to pose with the kissy face and peace sign.

I’ve heard some girls say that it’s cool to pout and make duck faces because it makes them look cute and sexy  well I say… WRONG! It makes you look like a stupid slut with extremely low self esteem.

I know that many horny eleven year olds would hate me and would go on to say that the kissy face with peace sign pose is extremely classy but I’m not writing this for horny eleven year olds anyway.
